An engineer on your side of the table
ORWOK Construction exists for one reason: to give property owners qualified, honest information about their construction projects — and the support to act on it.

How we work
Our approach to independent supervision
Supervision only works if it is genuinely independent. We report to the property owner and no one else. We don't take commissions from contractors or suppliers, and we don't let findings be softened to keep the peace on site. We check work against the approved drawings and agreed specification, at the moments when it matters, and we write down what we find.
We are also practical. The aim is not to catch people out — it is to get problems fixed while they are small, and to help owners and contractors work from the same facts.
Our project delivery philosophy
Good delivery starts long before the first excavation: a clear brief, realistic budget, proper designs and a written plan. During construction it means coordinating people and materials so work flows, controlling changes, and reporting cost and progress honestly — including when the news is not good.
We work alongside architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and contractors, each in their proper role, and we are clear with clients about what is and isn't included in our scope.
